What’s kept me engaged is the variety - new technologies, new clients, new teams, new creative problems to solve. I’m drawn to shaping the story, building the right team around it, and finding the smartest way to make it work.

Bio

I graduated in Media Production from Victoria College and started out as a 3D animator in Melbourne, before Malaysian broadcaster TV3 brought me over to help set up the country's first 3D animation studio. I later co-founded two studios in Kuala Lumpur - Fat Lizard and POV - which eventually merged to become Vision Animation.

Over the years I've worked across most roles in the craft - animator, compositor, scriptwriter, story editor, VFX supervisor, producer and director - on projects across Asia, Australia, Europe and the US. I've also designed, built and managed studios from the ground up.

That breadth of experience is what I bring to the projects I work on now: I understand what's happening at every level, which means I can help wherever things need steadying or shaping.
